Pancakes...

Have you ever had something sooooo good that you JUST HAVE to lick the plate?

This photo was taken a long time ago, but it still has the same magical quality to it for me... this young man absolutely loved his pancakes!!! He asked very politely if he could lick his plate... how could I resist?

I actually remember as a kid licking my plate as well... but usually it was after a baked dinner... all that yummy gravy...
